So instead I went for a more serious tone and asked Maria Persson - who revealed herself in the course as a natural-born actress! - what brought her to this course.
Maria: "I am the Managing Editor of Ecography.org. Once articles are accepted and ready to be published, we often ask authors to start promoting their papers to reach a larger readership. Promotion can be done for example via social media, blogs or by making video abstracts. I am attending this course to find a tool to help our authors make videos to spread their research and reach more people worldwide."
